Audits :- Statutory Audits of Private Limited Companies - Successfully handled responsibilities involving overall audit planning and performing various audit procedures such as vouching, internal control checking, scrutiny of general ledger, debtors' & creditors' ledger etc. Tax Audits of various assesses such as Individuals, Partnership Firms and Companies U/s.44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961 2. Taxation :- Income Tax - Involved in Tax Planning for Various assesses and carrying out Procedural aspects relating to Income Tax Returns. Income Tax - Have the primary experience about how to deal with the Search & Seizer cases U/s.132 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as well as involved in preparations for scrutiny assessments. 3.
