Designation: - NOC Support Engineer L1 - Tech

Experience:- 1 or 2 years

Ready to work in Night Shift (rotation)

Communication skills
Good Salary based on experience

BDR Skill set:

Installation and configuration of Backup software

Basic knowledge on Types of Backups Incremental, Differential, Full Backup

Troubleshooting Backup Failures, Hardware and Software Types & Errors

Know how on Windows services and Device manager

Know how on Virtual machine, Ghosting, Data Recovery tools

Remote support tools like VNC, Microsoft RDP

Customer support skills:

Written and verbal communication

Remote support tools like VNC
