Job Description. 1.12 to 15 yrs of IT experience in EAI, middleware, portals, XML / SOAP. 2.Should have been involved in SI Project execution for atleast 6 to 8 yrs. 3.Strong on IBM technologies based SI solutioning. Must have worked on MQ series, TIBCO and other integration tools. 4.Should be able to provide pre-sales support to Marketing and delivery teams and create the necessary collaterals. 5.Client interfacing skills to make presentations and negotiations. 6.Manage delivery teams working on SI projects. 7.Draw up Competency building plans based on business pipeline and also future forecasting of technologies. 8.Create delivery frameworks and methodologies in order to be recognized / branded as a top notch service provider, based on our alliances / partnerships with Industry leading product vendors.
