| A leading mobile engineering internet advertising is looking for an Engineering Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience for Chennai location in India for their mobile advertising platform that delivers the right target audience for mobile campaigns through a mix of premium and network publishers, bundled with real-time analytics and insights, to help create the best ROI for your mobile spends. The company offers customized and innovative mobile solutions like rich landing pages, HTML5 creatives, and smartphone applications, in addition to highly targeted performance advertising with the ability to target devices, operating systems as well as carriers across 35 countries, globally. You will: -Manage a team of developers and coordinate with the work of others (such as Test and Operations) to deliver high quality products on schedule. -Work with Product Management to develop and execute project plans to meet product goals and milestones. -Build a team that is focused and excited about the development of the product, that understands and supports the goals and plans, and that fosters a spirit of cooperation among its members. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -Total industry experience of 3+ hands-on technology experience in a commercial software product company using technologies such as Java Client Server development, Java and Internet technologies, XML, and J2EE and/or other application server technologies, database systems (Relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc), file systems, OS kernels and/or related systems. -2+ years experience with managing product development projects and people (team size of at least 6). -Expertise in two or more of these fields is mandatory: Databases / Web-scale / Distributed Computing / Web Services B.Engg/BS degree in Computer Science or related field DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS -Experience evangelising architectural design patterns and approaches is a huge plus -Configuration management systems. -Maven, SVN, Git, Jira, Continuous Integration (Jenkins/Hudson).
