Job Location: - Pune

Job Description:-

SCOPE OF THE ROLE: Responsible for Enhancing Customer Experience at the Stores in Up Country Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh
KRAS
Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers coming to Stores
Maximize the customer delight opportunities leading to increase in repeat purchases
Driving customer experience & rolling out customer delight plans as per the calendar
Manage stores / customer queries – Anuttara Operations
Lean & Kaizen implementation
Responsible for managing the Data with Quality
Driving Cellular / Customer engagement activities
KEY DELIVERABLES
Responsible for 'Creating Fans' of the brand by delighting customers & training retail staff
Reduce the dormancy rate and regain them as Our fans
Improve CSAT scores
Training retail staff on lean
Conducting regular audits for best btq's, kaizen and other lean initiatives
Ensuring weekly reports on Kaizen for Our Lean Journal

THE RIGHT PERSON
Graduate / Postgraduate with 2-4 years experience in sales & marketing
Exposure in the field of CRM / loyalty is a must & experience in the field of retail / sales / marketing would be an added advantage
Good analytical skills with business acumen
Good interpersonal skill with consumer understanding
Willing to travel and create customer connect.



Note: - Mumbai Candidates have to relocate to Pune.
