POST- WEB DESIGNER

JOB DUTIES :
MUST :- Designing websites & applications using HTML, CSS and other technologies.
ADD ONS :-
Designing CMS based websites - Word press
Designing ecommerce sites custom build, Magento
Design of HTML mailers and sending via bulk mailing software
Designing Facebook pages and advertising landing pages
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required,
Diploma - Any Specialization, Graphic/ Web Designing
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Web designing qualification from a recognized institute
Experience: Mini 1-3 years work experience
Skills required : HTML/Dreamweaver, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Photoshop
Awareness of latest web technologies and tools
Desirable requirements
Good graphic skills (ability to create visually pleasing sites)
Knowledge of latest technologies
Basic understanding of PHP /MySQL

1.Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
2.Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
3.Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
4.Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
5.Developing, Executing & Overseeing social media strategy for the company.
6.Developing, Executing & Managing company website development strategy.
7.Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
8.Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
9.Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
10.Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of
developments in digital marketing.
11.Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
12.Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
13.Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
