Details Required: CV Current CTC: Expected CTC: Job Title: Admin Manager - Mumbai, Worli Job Description: To lead the Administration function by assisting in organizational planning and development, monitor the work environment, and ensure that office equipment is maintained so that the overall work performance of the of a company is not affected at any point of time. 1. Administration ? Foster healthy and safe working environment for all employees ? Ensure company insurance, import/export administration, licensing, contracts and agreements are in place and updated regularly ? Ensure that legal requirements and activities related to corporate level negotiations (eg premises, divestments, disposals) are handled effectively ? Oversee and ensure that the office administrative function assigned at various outlets is effectively carried out ? Ensuring regulatory sanctity of various documents and agreements. ? Providing specialized support to other departments and managers. ? Managing quality and cost control. ? Management of office environment. ? Update and chase delegated task s to ensure progress to deadlines ? Approve and facilitate travel schedule and make travel arrangements for the employees ? Ensure that the necessary visas and work permits and other relevant documents pertaining to the employees are arranged on time 2. Team management ? Create cost consciousness, awareness and sense of responsibility among the Employees ? Actively involve in training with HR and educating, encouraging and motivating the departmental staff, which could help them and the Organization to a greater extent. ? Meeting with other members of management and planning for the future. 3. Information Management ? Gathering, migration, storing and distributing information within the company. ? Using information systems. ? Providing specialised support to other departments and managers. ? Providing document and telecommunication management. 4. Manage Office Equipment ? Negotiate contracts for sales/purchas es and manage renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations. ? Ensure that cleanliness of office premise and equipment is maintained. ? Ensure that amenities are provided for staff working on night shifts and after office hours as per company policy ? Maintain Office Library and keep inventory and stock of the books and material ? Maintainence of Office equipment is done as per schedule, contracts are reviewed and renewed. ? Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.
