Presently I am working for our Client which is one of the topmost leading MNC Stock Broking Firm based at Mumbai. They are looking forward for good quality candidates who would be interested working with them as –"Manager- Business Development"(Private Client Group) Responsibilities to handle:  To proactively acquire, grow and manage HNI clients/ Corporates and NRI Clients for Wealth Management Solutions ( Equity/ Currency/ Commodities/ PMS). (Investible surplus of Rs.10 crs.)  To independently be able to source such business from one's own network.  To generate leads through extensive marketing and sales activities and managing the inflow of the Clients and converting them  No team management involved.  Would be required to analyse client portfolios and make necessary suggestions whenever required, in coordination with the Relationship Manager/ Senior Advisor.  Review of Client book and objectives from time to time and maintain healthy business relationship.  Update oneself continuously on happenings in market place which would be directly related to one's area of operation.  Taking all necessary knowledge enhancement efforts, travel to other locations within the region whenever required. Functional skills required: 1. Good Client Facing Communication and Analytical skills, be able to digest detailed information and make logical inter connectivities from it. 2. Ability to present complex information in simple terms. 3. Knowledge of financial markets & variouis products – Equity, Currency, Commodity, PMS, overall wealth management proposition etc. Reporting to: Head –Business Development ( Private Client Group ) Remuneration: Fixed CTC (Negotiable) plus Travelling Conveyance, Mobile Reimbursement, and Bonus.
