Opening in MNC for Contact Centre Executive




Customer Service Agent is responsible for accepting calls and enquiries and providing a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive point of contact for both Company customers and the Company network.

Nature and Scope:

Accountabilities:
1. To take customer bookings for all service and accurately enter relevant booking data into the computer system, offering Companies most suitable service to the customer.

2. Offer additional services as required eg. insurance, packaging, Jumbo Box, account facilities, etc.

3. To answer all customer enquiries regarding Company services accurately, consistently, and with confidence: provide information on prices, transit times, customs paperwork requirements, packaging, customs clearance delays, simple account and sales questions.

4. Provide full tracing service for customers and other Company stations by investigating undelivered, returned, misrouted, delayed, lost and damaged shipments.

5. Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all Company customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action.

6. Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve Company procedures, technology, and service.
7. Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible action to resolve the issue to the customers' full satisfaction.
8. Deal with all employees located in other departments and stations in a professional and co-operative manner at all times, and consistently strive to promote a positive team spirit.

Dimensions:

Qualifications, Skills, Competencies and Experience:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the service industry
- Keyboard skills (30 words per minute or more)
- Computer literacy

CTC: Upto 2.5lakh
