To acquire a team of Insurance Agents from Natural Market. (CA’s, Doctors, Lawyers, Housewives, etc..)
train
Appointment of advisors and getting business done through them
Training of advisors, motivating them and going on joint calls with them.
To achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidature:

 Graduate / Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferably in Sales, Marketing or Finance
 5-7 years’ experience
 2 yrs of minimum experience in Insurance Company will be an added advantage.
 Skillful in business development / Sales, Excellent presentation skills.
 Knowledge of local language and market.
