Job Locations: Mumbai / Delhi / New Delhi / Panipat / Gaziabad / Kannur / Calicut (Kozhikode) / Cochin / Kottayam / Trivandrum / Thrissur / Kollam / Thiruvalla
Job Role:
1. Team Building: Identifying & recruiting the good and high business potential candidates as Financial Advisors for the company.
2. Training: Facilitating candidates to undergo the IRDA training & exam to procure license to trasact insurance business. Identifying and facilitating the further training needs of the licensed candidates regarding company products and processes.
3. Goal Setting: Identifying the individual business potential of team members (Financial Advisors) and setting their business targets in allignment with your organizational targets.
4. Mentoring: Identifying the team member needs and motivational factors and mentoring, motivating, supporting and coaching them to achieve their and company business objectives.
5. Relationship Management: Building good relationships with the team members and their customers.
6. Business Development: Infuse aggression in the team and drive the team towards achieving the business goals in terms of numbers and volumes.
* CTC: 3.50 Lacs - 6 Lacs depending on experience, current CTC, etc.
*Desired candidature: Any Graduate or MBA with atleast more than 4 years of sales experience preferably from Banking, Finance, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durable, etc., industries with good stability and sales achievements can apply.
