Job description for IT Head (ERP and E-Commerce)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ownership and management of Customer Experience including Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, Functionality
Ownership and management of Internet marketing including social media integration
Ownership and management of Technical Infrastructure’
Ownership and management of SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
Direct and manage internal and external teams
Provide SEO/SEM/PPC and Internet Marketing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives
Partners with Business IT, the Operational Excellence Steering Committee, and other business leaders to understand the needs of the business, and works to ensure the ERP system is properly aligned to meet business priorities.
Partners with peer business and IT teams to ensure reporting initiatives are properly scoped, defined, delivered and managed in support of ERP requirements.
Leads and facilitates the evaluation and recommendation of new technologies or capabilities that can be applied within the ERP ecosystem.
Establish, monitor and report on SLAs with the business units
Prepares system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
Prepares and presents project proposals to management and business partner departments.
Reviews current status of business system capabilities and prepares recommendations for system improvements.
Monitors and manages the ERP project portfolio and reports on status.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Other key responsibilities include the following
Contributes to setting the overall AS department agenda and operating practices;
Works with peers to develop well-rounded personnel across AS via complete and actionable development plans for all employees.
Qualifications:
Special Licenses and/or Certificates:
None
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully the following computer proficiency is (are) required: Adobe Photoshop; Internet Explorer; Microsoft Access; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Publisher; Microsoft Visio; Microsoft Word; See other required technology skills and qualifications identified under "Other Skills and Qualifications".
