Ingram Micro is looking for a Senior Web Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing the data and making recommendations using web analytics applications. Candidate will be responsible for providing insights and information needed to make sound business decisions .The right candidate will have experience managing web analytics applications (using Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.), possess superior analytical ability and have five plus years of experience with web technologies and marketing analytics. Required Skills: • Total 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in large size companies. • 3+ years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as data & statistical analysis, market research and reporting. • Strong ability to interpret data and transform information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations • Experience in web/data analysis of an online ecommerce application and related environments are preferred. • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel) & Business Intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos etc. • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources. • Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website. • Using strong analytical skills provides insights as well as recommendations for changes and convinces key Company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions. • Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques a plus. • Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team • Experience in definition of executive scorecards and dashboards • Proven experience in statistical analysis • Knowledge of Microsoft office and communication tools is essential Job Duties: • Collects and analyzes data, using tools like Google Analytics and Webtrends • Report Website behavior and customer experience analysis. • Designs and creates custom reports to measure performance • Deliver Weekly & Monthly analysis reports with recommendations to business (Using Excel and BI tools). • Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes. • Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders. ] • Defines tagging standard practice to data collection is consistent and complete • Defines tagging governance with development and product management to ensure consistency is maintained through the functional evolution of the site. • Establishes tagging testing processes to include onthe software development life cycle Education: • Any graduate. • MBA preferred. nikhil.vaidya@prismhrc.in |
