Looking out for Sales Manager in Dotcom Company - Mumbai





We are having urgent opening with leading Dotcom Company (Real Estate portal)

Position: SALES MANAGER (SM)

Salary – Not Constraint.

Location – Mumbai

Description:-

It's a Real estate / property portal
Responsible for revenue generation from the team. Team Handles small and large property
Developers/Builders, Agents/Brokers. Retaining the team and the clients and ensuring that
they generate more business from renewals and new business.

CAPABILITIES:
Formulate sales strategy and set sales objective.
Organize and manage all aspects, execute sales target from planning till execution and drive
the team to do the set goals on time.
Respond promptly and ensure quality customer service.
Maximize recovery and monitor account receivables and payables.
Handle Corporate Clients and drive Revenue
Team Handling, People Management, Monitoring, Guiding, Field Coaching

Requirement
1. Graduate (MBA preferred but not essential)
2. 4-8 years of experience in Sales Function of an Internet Portal, Banking (Home
Loan, CASA), Insurance, Telecom Company. The company worked should have
staff strength of 300+.
3. Min experience of 1.5-2 years in team management role.
4. Exposure to Individual & Corporate sales is a must.
5. Exposure to Value & Volume Sales is a must.
6. Should have managed a team size of 5 + sales people.
7. Should have pleasing personality and good communication skills.
8. Should have good data management skills (an expert in excel)
9. Should be able to work in a pressure situation.
10. Exposure to Internet sales preferred.

The SM would be completely accountable for the revenue & customer acquisition target
for a team of 8-10 Account Managers, reporting to him. He will be responsible for Hiring,
Motivating & driving the sales team towards target achievement. The candidate should be a
team player & should be able gain respect from his/her team members.

The SM will report to Regional Manager.
