Business Development Role • Gathering data for RFP's/RFI's within defined timelines and requisite quality. • Coordinating site visits (creating and sending agendas, informing the concerned personnel, ensuring administrative functions for site visits, take minutes of meetings and follow up. • Market research and gathering marketing intelligence from a BD perspective • Cold calling prospective leads • Understand the products of the company thoroughly • Understand the skills and expertise of the company • Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns • Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis • Market intelligence activities for the sector, identify clients and needs • Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands • Adherence to information security policy. Candidate profile • Minimum 1 year experience in sales support/ business development from consulting companies or from competition • Aggressive but pleasant attitude and disposition. • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Good track record of selling BPO/Call Center Services. • Preferably having marketed products similar to that of the company's products (BFSI segment) • Should be a dynamic professional who will inspire and be willing to meet different and new people. • Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects • Excellent selling skills, including the ability to formulate and present value proposition of the company. • Provide a consultative approach to solution offerings with the client's business • Candidate should have a good oral and written skills • Willing to work night shifts • Enthusiasm for working in a quickly changing, fast-growth environment. .
