Location : Rabale , Navi Mumbai Post : Snr Executive SCM (Purchase and Logistics) Location: Rabale, New Mumbai Job Description: Purchase *Dealing in Material Management activities involving material planning, scheduling & procurement of materials, equipments, computers, etc required at site. *Coordinating with Business Development, Manufacturing, top management and other teams to ensure timely procurement * Deploying initiatives to achieve cost reduction as well as standardize procurement operation *Finalize Annual Rate Contracts wherever necessary. * Formulating MIS reports relating cost savings / vendor Quality Assurance operations & transmitting them to the top management for facilitating the decision making process Logistics *Overseeing of all dispatches of finished goods to customers across India and overseas . *Insure all the documents is as per regulatory requirements for dispatches. *With the help of Accounts Dept handling all the issues regarding sales tax compliance & octroi formalities. *Negotiate with transporter & courier companies to get best rate for transportation. Resolve the issues regarding deliveries for that to follow up with Transporter & Freight Forwarders. *Keep track of all consignments on regular basis & update the same in ERP system. Check & authorize bills of CFA, Transporters & Courier's to get payment.
