Designation : Assistant Manager

Job Description :

 Responsible for maintaining and achieving process SLA targets.
 Responsible for achieving service, productivity and Quality Benchmarks.
 Manage Standard Operating procedure as per internal and client related requirements.
 Manage costs to ensure business profitability to the contribution margin level. Participate in the budget planning process.
 Creating systems to optimize workflows & improve productivity.
 Responsible for overall operational ICP.
 Client Management and ensuring above 80% scores by delivering on their expectations.
 Drive transformation, performance, quality related projects.
 Conducting performance evaluations, making employment decisions, setting up performance goals and targets for assigned team.
 Identify relevant training needs of agents and Team Leaders & ensure effective implementation.
 Prepare work/manpower schedules and Contingency Plans.
 People Management.
 Work closely with the transition team to achieve seamless migration of the processes.
 Ensuring satisfaction of Internal & External customers with achieving SLA's consistently.
 Providing feedback on the basis of their internal and external monitoring reports.
 Attrition Management and Staff planning.
 Keeping a close check on "Drop-Out's & Absentee's Report" to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
 To discuss Weekly / Monthly "Client Reject Report" to ensure reduction in client rejects.
 Managing and Guiding Quality executives and MIS executives assigned for the team, coordinating with Technical Team on infrastructure availability and up time.
