Position : Executive P&M(Project & maintenance) Job Location: Mumbai SALARY: Best As per the Industry Job responsibility: Maintenance of clinic at:  Made hiring and termination recommendations by evaluating vendors in region  Prototype in house maintenance, Determining schedules and workloads and supervised maintenance staff.  Maintaining proper service time in customer interfacing issues  Ensure that all staff members are trained in composite maintenance activities and were strictly following standard operating procedures.  Interact professionally with the public, vendors and city staff; maintained effective working relationships and worked in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.  Provided input into the development of the operating budget for the assigned area of responsibility; ordered materials and supplies; and assisted in the monitoring and tracking of expenditures both maintenance and projects.  Projects of new facilities and expansions  Projects: Monitoring and taking part in operations in assigned projects, inspecting projects, implementing modifications and recommending specifications, improvements and scheduling for contracts, inspecting contractor's work and negotiating price.
