Qualification : B.COM / B.SC Degree / Diploma in Materials management Exprience : 1.5 Years to 5 Years Location : Mumbai Job Profile : 1) Regular Preparation and maintenance of all related MIS for traded service function. 2) Effective inventory management of spares to keep stocks as per norms without affecting supplies to the field. 3) To get quotes of all service spares, & maintain the same in Baan price sessions after due approval from Materials head. 4) Regular consumption trend analysis of spares on an ongoing basis for regular updation of TOC stock norms and changes in demand pattern. 5) Communication to all India Branch Service team for giving availability status for their spares requirement. Ensure data Management of Baan Item data, AGL (assembly guidelines), and BOM (Bill of material) in coordination with HO service team. 6) Ensure timely supply of defect free traded product(Import+Local) spares at a competitive price to meet Business / customers requirements 7) Inventory management of spares through TOC implementation for ensuring GFA(Guarantee for availability) of spares 8)stores function experience
