We are having an urgent opening for AM/Mgr-Airport Operations with one of our repute Client. 1. To manage all regulatory and critical airport relationships and be able to influence decision making in favor of the company 2. To coordinate all vehicle management such as vehicle parking and flow to the customer carrying area. 3. To implement processes and systems for Airport Ops such as Parking, Car Queue, Baggage Handling, Drop Points, and ensure all Airport Ops Deliverables are executed as per standards established. To also create and set these operating standards. 4. To ensure & control smooth flow of Taxis at the Airport and also the entire Taxi Operations at Airport Terminal. 5. Ensure smooth Taxi availability at both all terminals and customer carry areas. 6. To Liasioning & Proactively build and sustain relationship with all Airport authorities and Police personnel and ensure that Company's interests are best managed. 7. Understand & ensure no violation of any of the statutory rules and regulations set forth by the Authorities 8. To ensure that customer management principles such as safety, security, convenience and appropriate feedback receipt and response mechanisms are designed and deployed. 9. To ensure daily maintenance of vehicle flow status & all Taxi movements are recorded in the specified log. 10. To set up processes for quantitative data analysis & MIS, key facts and indicators relevant to Airport Management & identify the positive and negative trends captured by the data and report trends to Senior Management.
