At present we are looking forward to empanel freelance business development managers to search Clients for providing Recruitment & Training Services.
The details are mentioned below:
Post: Freelance Business Development Associate.
The job profile is as follows:
1.To Search and Acquire new Client for providing Recruitment & Training Services.
2. He/She will email introductory letters to new clients, on response contact them through phone or email, associates require to close the deal by generating manpower requirement over email and phone after the client sends the signed hardcopy of the Agreement copy, in these cases we are ok with associates who can work from home no need to travel. But in some cases if the associate is willing to travel he/she needs to fix up one to one meeting with new clients and generate manpower requirements by closing the call with signed hardcopy of the Agreement copy.
3. He/She has to then send the manpower requirements to the recruitment team for further recruitment process.
4. He/She has to then service the client and build relationship with the client till the team closes the positions and regenerate business of more manpower requirements.
Job Location: (Work from Home/Part Time)
Requirement: Need a Computer with internet connection, a phone/mobile connection(Pref. Post paid connection)
Payout Conditions: Payment will be given based on mutual discussion and acceptance.

Skills sets Required: Good Communication Skills, Pleasing Personality, Strong Convincing Power, Result Oriented.

Experience: 2-10yrs in Business Development.
