Designation : Branch Head
Location : Khopoli
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate will have added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 4 - 5 years in similar field.
Experience in handling team is must.
Salary: Rs. 4Lacs- Rs6Lacs per annum(Further Negotiations done)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entire Operations in branch.
2. Overseeing operations entailing Customer Service, Pickup Team, Warehouse, Logistics, Query & dispatch, Data Entry & Scanning Team.
3. Delivering on the SLA parameters & attending escalated issues & meet the clients if required.
4. Ensuring 100% registration of requests received from the clients & that the requests are fulfilled within TAT to meet key result objectives.
5. Generating MIS & monthly reports on Refiles, Retrievals, New Boxes, Destruction, etc.
6. Implementing Standard Operations Procedures of Pickups, Timely Deliveries, Warehousing & Customer Service.
7. Ensure that all necessary infrastructure, logistic support and administrative support required in the warehouse/storage area is provided to the warehouse staff.
8. Coordinating with the HO Customer Service, Marketing Manager & the Directors to arrange for immediate / urgent retrievals of documents & customer/auditors visits to the Branch / Warehouse.
9. Training the staff & getting the cost reduction targets achieved in operation & in energy consumption.
10. Maintaining proper records of all operations related processes and all the software's so that job training can be given on new developments.
11. Interacting & meeting new clients for new process & new business.

1. Specialized knowledge like technical training and consulting expertise.
2. Should have excellent observation skills so as to identify the problems accurately.
3. Good communication skills for knowing and understanding the difficulties of the client.
4. Should be strategic thinkers and should have intuitive market abilities.
5. Should be able to thrive in competitive and dynamic environment.
6. Should be expert in negotiating.

Education and Qualifications:
1. Minimum Graduate / Master’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution will be an added advantage.
2. Experience in Business development and sales related activities.
