Urgent requirement for Voice Customer service Representative

Designation: Customer Service Executive – Voice

Responsibilities:
- Initiate Welcome Calls to new customers, profile customers to start job hunt services
- In-bound customer service calls to troubleshoot & provide customer support
- Providing required information, answering customer queries
- Resolving customer request and queries through Inbound Calls & Outbound Calls.

Requirement:
- Possessing a strong and confident customer service approach to dealing with customers, with Experience in customer service - voice
- Driven individual with high energy and motivation to provide excellent customer satisfaction experience.
- Minimum of 0 – 3 years of experience
- Undergraduate or graduate from a recognized University
- Excellent written & verbal skills in English are essential (Compulsory)

Shift Timing: Willing to work in Rotational Shift.
