S.NO Position Job Description 1 Deputy Project Manager (Operations Manager) University Degree and ten (10) years senior management experience including five (5) years in General Cargo and Containers Stevedoring. 2 Deputy Operations Manager Ten (10) years experience in Cargo and Containers Handling Operations in major Ports including five (5) years in a Supervisory Position. 3 Technical manager for Facilities & Equipment Maintenance University Degree or Diploma In Engineering and ten (10) years experience in field of Mechanical Engineering including five (5) years in a Managerial Position. 4 Documentation Manager Ten (10) years experience in Port Documentation including five (5) years in a Supervisory Position. 5 Senior Superintendents (Cargo & Container) Ten (10) years experience in Cargo and Containers Handling Operations with not less than three (3) years as Superintendent. 6 Section Superintendents Five (5) years experience in Cargo and Containers Handling Operations with not less than three (2) years as a Supervisory Position. 7 Workshop Superintendent Certified Industrial Technician with ten (10) years experience in Equipment maintenance including three (3) years in a Supervisory Position. 8 Documentation Superintendent Five (5) years experience in Port Documentation including one (1) year in a Supervisory Position. 9 Maintenance and Cleaning Superintendent Five (5) years experience in Maintenance and Cleaning Sector Supervisory Position. 10 Safety officer Technical Diploma in Safety and ten (10) years working experience in Port Safety.
