1.:Finance Management:( Exp 7.5Yrs to 14 Yrs)
JD-
Purpose and Goal of the role ? Prepare all Budgets, Forecast, Rate Cards and MIS for the BU. ? Work on various matrix, reporting & review of the same with respective Business Leads. ? Participate in Business Unit reviews ? Liaise with the organization"s core finance teams as required. ? Managing the team, hiring, training, structuring of the DCN ISU Commercial. ? Maintaining complex operational processes and adheres to various ISO processes. ? Analytical and commercial awareness to interpret financial results. ? Ensuring that new services are supported by the Commercial Team and that newly defined processes and procedures are understood by the team. ? Analyze the various data points of the business unit. * Manage operating budgets for DCN ISU . * Manage CAPEX budgets for DCN ISU. * Create, review, and deliver performance appraisals and provide annual review input * Plan and discuss training approach for individuals based on business case and role. * Build and establish a customer relationship with GU leads and key personnel, through regular interactions * Development of self and direct reports including recruitment and retention of personnel * Facilitate Monthly Commercial Reviews with Business/Global Leadership Team
