Job Responsibilities are mentioned below:- • Candidate should be taking care of Administration, Legal & Statutory Compliances, and Customer Relationship Management & Marketing Activity of 36 locations across India. • Would be responsible for exploring and development of new location, infrastructure setup and other associated tasks. • Should have handled Center Head & Territory Head position. • Experienced in handling a large team. Would be responsible for Administrative reporting & Functional output of about 240 employees across India (2Area Managers, 4 Territory Managers, 9 Senior Branch Managers & 36 Branch Managers & other staff). • Should have leadership and effective communication skills. Understanding of marketing and brands. NEED TO TRAVEL ALL AROUND INDIA ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE. CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE HANDLE PRESSURE & WORK IN AGGRESSIVE WORK CULTURE. PROFILE INVOLVES ABOUT 15-20 DAYS OF TRAVELLING IN A MONTH TO HIS AREAS OF JURISDICTION.
