I am working as a clerk in SBI since 8 months, i would advice you that not to join the bank if you are seriously thinking about getting through IAS. cas we hardly get anytime for our self after exhaustive hours at the branches, also its not necessary that u wud b posted in a branch, it can b a Local head office or any other head office. So i wud advice u that rit now u can ask for an extension for as long as possible & then join after the exams, Think over ur options & then take a proper step. Wish u all the best.

banking exams are not at all tough... first of all identify your
strong and weak section... prepare for your weaker section like you at
least qualify that section... and prepare for your strong section
like that they overcome your weak sections...
leave the question that you are not confident about...
you guys are lucky that you have to preapre only for one exam i.e IBPS
CWE. so practice a lot is the only key for clearing bank exam...
its not about how difficult questions you solve in the exam.. its
about the doing maximum no.s of qstns accurately....

The responsibilities will be pertaining to the following functions: 1) Admin • Upkeep of the Lab & various centers â€" Coordinate with the Admin team to ensure smooth functioning of the Lab. • Statutory Compliance â€" Ensuring timely completion and adherence to audits by various licensing bodies (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, BMC, etc) • Liaison with Local Authorities 2) Logistics & Supply Chain • Coordinating and attending the day-to-day challenges faced in Logistics of Samples and Reports • Ensuring timely procurement of Materials • Coordination and upkeep of the Inventory levels 3) I.T. • Coordination with I.T. for any I.T. related issues in Lab & various centers 4) H.R. • Manpower Requisitions • Day-to-day staff concerns 5) Customer Service • Being in touch with the Customer Care team on a regular basis and obtain Customer feedbacks and share with the PCH • Reporting the IT and Customer Care team regarding any down time in the Contact Center, and ensure prompt resolution of the same. |
