Designation : Trainer / Training Coordinator Experience : 1 â€" 20 Years Location : Mumbai Qualification :Graduates / Under graduates / Post Graduates / Any CTC PM : Acc to Company Stds / Best in the Industry Job Description • Arranging periodic reviews & consultation sessions to help improve performance & enhance skill sets.. • Design training for new hires ensuring the right fit in the least possible time. • Ensure refreshers in - product, and soft skills to ensure constant alignment with customer and organizational expectations. • Define, develop and implement processes to define and track competencies for all customer contact personnel in Customer Services. • Create conducive learning environment by implementing processes to continuously track / evaluate and re-train to maintain excellent service delivery. • Soft Skills training on selling skills and motivation. • Ensure effective learning by utilizing appropriate learning tools and methodology.
