Title: Assistant Manager Procurement

Position Goals: Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement service delivery in India CPS; primarily Vendor Management and Vendor Selection. In this capacity, the Procurement Manager is accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the budgets, short and long-term regional projects, operations and maintenance, interface with senior managers in client business units, coordination with other key managers within CPS alliance partner organizations and customer satisfaction.


KEY PERFORMANCE
MEASURES: 1. Complete contract management responsibilities
2. Procurement process & regulatory communication within the organization and with the site teams.
3. Continuous improvement in the following
 Morale and satisfaction of employees under management
 Client satisfaction
 Improvement and savings initiatives for the sites as well as Jones Lang LaSalle
4. Identification of more business opportunities
