Asset Management Analyst Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: Incumbent will be empowered to liaise with other functions in IT Services to establish quality improvement in asset management processes. Problems/challenges typically faced: • Compliance gaps (lack of compliance with the execution of asset management processes and procedures; the incumbent attempts to resolve these types of issues independently with people responsible for execution before escalating to asset management team lead) • Knowledge gaps (lack of knowledge or understanding regarding asset management processes/procedures by the people responsible for executing asset management procedures; depending on the scope of the knowledge gap, the incumbent may provide training to an individual, or, if the gap is widespread, recommend to their team lead that more formal widespread training is necessary) Knowledge and Skills Requirements: • Understands and uses appropriate methods tools and applications • Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving • Takes initiative in identifying and negotiating appropriate development opportunities • Demonstrates strong communication skills. • Contributes fully to the work of teams. • Can plan, schedule and monitor own work (and that of others where applicable) competently within limited time horizons and according to health and safety procedures. • Is able to absorb and apply new technical information. • Is able to work to required standards and to understand and use the appropriate methods, tools and applications • Appreciates wider field of information systems, how own role relates to other roles and to the business of the employer or client. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Detail oriented • Must be able to adapt to a fast paced, demanding environment • Must be able to adapt to an environment where priorities may shift frequently Education : 4 year College minimum in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc..) or equivalent job experience Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role Location: Trivandrum,Kerala Duration: Permanent We are looking for personnel who are having hands on experience, responsible, innovative and able to think creatively.
