Designation - Relationship Manager No. of Positions - 10 Grade – Executive Reporting to – Team Leader Gender – Male / Female Job Locations – Mulund West OR Kandivali West Experience – Min 6 Months Qualification – Min HSC Salary - 9k -15k + Excellent Incentives JD –  Achieve allocated business targets and achieve the recommended product mix  Understand and advising clients based on their needs and long term financial planning goals  Maintain proper records of client communication and advise given  Adhere to the laid down sales processes and guidelines  Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations  Participate actively in sales planning with the line manager to generate action plans for meeting targets  Ensure high level of customer service. Manage difficult customer situations  Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and ensure minimal comments in sales process audits and other inspections  Keeping clients and self updated on market opportunities based on research recommendation and fund house interaction Knowledge / Skills Thorough understanding of Financial Markets (Home Loans & Loans against Property) along with good communication skills.
