You Should have worked in a Non Voice BPO, or Call centre wit operations background with experience of Managing a Team
You job profile would be managing the Team Members .
Understanding the whole process of BPO, migration of data etcs.
Understanding of the Customers Requirement
Transporting the Data In and out in time
Distribution of the Data

It is a normal Day Shift only
You may be provided with accommodation facliity if required
Extensive Knowledge of Software would be Added  added Advantage
