Position Title: Executive - Contract Renewals. Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager Job Summary Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned territory. Provides leadership qualities towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients & partners. Qualifications Education: College degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Skills and Experience: * Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience interacting with coustomers. * Excellent Verbal and written communication Skills. * Analytical interests and a proven Ms-office background * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Customer Centric. Key Responsibilities * Meet Contract Renewal targets. * Send Renewal Notices. * Follow up with the coustomers. * Capture and update all relevant information on CRM Tool. * Work with Order Entry team to ensure orders are processed on time. * Address / Escalate issues in timely manner.
