Preferred ETC:- 2.5 L - 5.00 L + Night Allowances as applicable Timinigs :- • India Shift : 9.00 am- 6.30 pm IST • US Shift : o US Eastern time shift: 6:00 pm to 4:00 am IST o US Pacific time shift: 9:00 pm to 7:00 am IST • SEA (South East Asia) Shift : 6.30 am to 4.00 pm IST Brief Job Description:- Identifying the target market • Cold calling IT decision-makers and influencers (prospects) and raw marketing leads to develop them into qualified hot leads for sales • Generating leads • Get across the gatekeeper and reach the right contact /decision makers • Update and maintain right contact information / database in the CRM tool • Probe customers with quality questions to identify needs and position relevant solutions. You need to be able to ask the right questions to qualify the hot leads • Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate solution • Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets. • Maintaining daily reports • Maintaining relationship,client interaction,team building, follow up with clients • Doing the market research.
