Team Lead Operations: E-Mail Correspondence Process for Tech Mahindra (BSG Division)
Eligibility & Role: Any Graduate Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi and English 3 to 5 years of experience in Domestic BPO, preferably in telecom back office domain Should have prior experience / knowledge of service request / close looping / e-mail correspondence process
Should be currently designated as SME / Team Leader for at least 1 year
in the current organization with Team Handling experience Role is
to handle a team along ensuring adherence & maintaining process SLAs
& KPIs for Domestic Telecom Back Office Vertical
Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Giga Space, Viman Nagar, Pune
