Job position -: Digital Marketing Manager

Job location -: Colaba, Mumbai

Job profile -
- The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all the SEO efforts for company and be responsible for scaling SEO as a channel. This role will involve formulating the right SEO strategy and building a long term road-map that ensures success in this channel.

- He / she is expected to provide leadership and build a strong team that can manage and be at the forefront of innovation. This being a cross-functional role, the senior manager will need to work with team across the organization such as technology, category management, site-merchandising etc. and drive change.

- This person will also need to judiciously work with vendors / tools as and when needed to execute on tasks related to SEO. This person will also need to provide regular updates to the senior management on progress made in the channel.

- Activation & Engagement of Existing Users - Effectively use the own and earned media to drive unpaid traffic, acquisitions, and activations.

- Forge Strategic Alliances to get more referral traffic and acquisitions.

- Campaign/Consumer Analytics, Insights, and Optimizations. Manage Digital, Social, and Creative Agencies to deliver Business Results. Plan and execute Market/Consumer Research and develop actionable Insights.

- Analyze/Responsible for Campaign metrics : Visitors: Engagement: Online Sales

- Build and track conversion funnels eCommerce Portal using tools such as Google Analytics and

- Work closely with third party content development as well as marketing partners


Basic qualifications-:
- 3+ years of SEO experience, proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation

- Skilled in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics; SEO keyword ranking and analysis tools such as Majestic SEO. Experience with eCommerce/CMS platforms used by larger organizations preferred.

- Solid understanding of HTML, Java script, Flash & CSS

- Proven track record generating SEO success in a post-Penguin world.

- Success optimizing eCommerce sites for competitive head terms and long tail terms.

- Sound understanding of user experience for the web


Preferred qualifications-:
- Good knowledge of best practices for multi-regional websites, local SEO etc.

- Strong communication skills.

- Thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates; familiarity with online SEO resources, tools, blogs, and forums.

- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment; positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting results

- Post graduate / Graduate-Computer Science /MBA
