Responsibilities and Duties:
• The selected candidate would be positioned at key car dealerships as a part of the on-ground team of client.
• Primary responsibility is to consult those prospects that are researching for their new car purchase in-person and communicate with them throughout their buying cycle - right from the initial research until purchase.
• Deliver a world-class brand experience with prompt communication and service delivery at every stage in the buying cycle.
• Understand the needs and preferences of prospects and assist them in their decision-making process with relevant information
• Co-ordinate internally with dealership management to ensure timely service delivery of price quotes and test drives as per the benchmarks set out
• To execute booking contracts under supervision of the dealership management team with their express consent on each booking
