JOB DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION
About Virtual Products:
Virtual Products (Virtual Expo & Webinars) are seen as the next big phase in the B2B Digital Space.
Consider a Webinar like a conference which happens via the Internet, where a speaker may login from anywhere across the world to present to his/her attendees who likewise might have logged in from anywhere in the world simply using their computers and internet.
Similarly Virtual Exhibitions are replication of a physical exhibition in the virtual world where exhibitors setup with virtual booths, speakers conduct their sessions and attendees login to meet, chat and interact with all of them.
All virtual products are internet based and software driven, and the executive will be trained on how to use the software.
This job will require the executive to
1. Co-ordinate with our Virtual Event / Webinar platform service provider on setting up the project execution
2. Understand deliverables for the Virtual Event / Webinar and co-ordinate with various teams on completing these deliverables
3. Co-ordinate with Clients on client deliverables
4. Co-ordinate with Sales / Marketing teams on timelines and executing the webinar / virtual event
5. Co-ordinate with client speakers
6. Co-ordinate with internal conference chair on the conference agenda (as and when required)
7. Ensure smooth operation of the Webinar / Virtual Event
8. Prepare client reports
