* Will have to manage the team of Mallinsurance officer and generate the insurance from them.
* Manage a team of Relationship Managers for acquiring customers and generate the targeted amount of premium. Enable team to deliver complete product information to customers.
* Managing the relationship for Walmart . Leverage relationship with store staff for increasing the lead funnel.
* Ensure timely recruitment of "long term" Relationship Managers for the stores and minimize attrition.
Eligibility:should have minimum 4yrs sales experience in team management profile into insurance ,broking, banking and pharma industry.Graduation is must.
2..AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER /SALES TEAM MANAGER:
Salary:5.5lpa+ Incentives
Profile : 1.Responsible for recruiting and managing Insurance Advisors .
2. Responsible for building a Team of successful entrepreneurs.
3. Guide, motivate and train the advisors for higher performance.
4. Conduct structured weekly and monthly meeting with the advisors.
