(Experience : 2-3 years) Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive/Asst Manager (Sales)

Job Position – 2
(Experience : 4-6 years) Business Development Manager / Manager (Sales)

Location: Bangalore-2, Chennai-2,Mumbai-2,Hydbad-2

Department:Sales

Objective / Purpose of duty: Direct Sales

Main responsibilities:
Broad Role Definition
1.Responsible for sales of IT & Communication solutions and related technologies (Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless, Telephony, Video Conference, Physical Security- Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Telematics applications, Energy Management)
2.Suspecting, prospecting for new account creation and sales closure to achieve assigned sales targets.
3.Account Management- Independently map accounts and build relationships across the key stakeholders (IT, purchase, Finance) in the account. Business Development activities
4.Understanding client requirements and positioning the appropriate solution.
5.Sales planning, reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development)
6.Achieving key business parameters (revenues and gross margins) and payment collection.
7.Targeted market segments – Medium & Large Enterprises, Govt & Defense, Infrastructure

Skills Required
•Working knowledge on IT Networking & Communication solutions preferably Cisco.
•Candidates with additional knowledge on Physical Security solutions like IP based Video Surveillance, Access Control and related systems will be preferred.
•Proven track record in sales & business development with large and medium organizations
•Solution selling skills with experience in selling complex IT solutions.
•Knowledge of commercial processes and bid preparations
•Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Soft Skills
•Excellent team worker who will ensure organizational and team's success
•Dedicated and committed attitude towards achieving goals
•Disciplined, punctual and well mannered

Qualification: Preferred - B.E/B.Tech, Engineering Diploma (Preferred). Any graduate.

Experience:
Position 1 : 2- 3 years in IT & Communication / Systems Integration
Position 2 : 4- 6 years in IT & Communication / Systems Integration

1. Sales Trainees – 15,000 per month

2. Sales Specialist – 2 to 3 Lakhs per annum

3. Key Account Manager – 4 to 6 Lakhs per annum
