Location- Mumbai , Thane Experience- 10+ years Roles & Responsibilities : 1) Building & Maintaining very strong vendor relationships, especially for ATM and related Managed services vendors. 2) Identification & recommendation of new vendors as required for different products & services including: a) Definition of scope of work, b) Pricing negotiations, c) Service Level agreement negotiations and contract sing-off d) Penalty negotiations. 3) Vendor Contract Management - renewal/termination 4) Analyzing vendor performance: a) Conducting Vendor Performance review meetings b) Agreeing/administering required corrective actions 5) Managing Field Service support, Managing Vendor Payment and reconciliation. 6) Maintaining control of regular invoicing to ensure payment accuracy: a) Verification of Vendor Invoices b) Chasing for missing Invoices (to streamline cashflow) 7) Handling of operational escalations (Vendor components), to ensure timely vendor support. 8) To continually review vendor commercials with industry norms Please mail me your updated CV immediately if you're interested in this opening.
