Design ideation, conceptualization and execution of the entire menswear product category Comprising of casual Top & bottom wear. Do complete range planning and fashion garments development within a certain budget. To develop collections (as per buyer's indications / mood boards), and prepare presentations for management. having knowledge for costing of styles. Candidate should be up to date with fabric prices, prices of trims, prints/ emb. etc. should be able to understand look & fitting of different type of garments – T-shirts, Shirts, winter wear, bottom wear. Research for upcoming fashion trends, using online resources to prepare for future sampling Should be used to working in a sampling unit & co-ordinating between Pattern Master, Tailors, QCs, printers, Hand & Machine embroidery. communicate the look & theme to vendors Develop product labeling, trims etc attend fairs etc with buying & merchandising team Design pre season Study brand competition on the domestic platform, analyze their product offerings and innovations and hence locate gaps to initiate, innovate and perform. Drive my team to Execute the product designs backed by historical sales data, new product forecasts, plans and brief to meet category objectives, product margins and targets. Preparing trend book and line books with product details and the USP of the garment for respective seasons to train front end team.
