We have got vacancy in leading Jewellery & Diamonds Manufacturing Co. at Ahmadabad require for the post of "HEAD HR-TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT." Having Experience More than 15 years Traning & Development in Gradute / Post Gradute Salary package.

KEY PRIORITIES
Head - HR must be champion of change management and focus on institutionalizing new processes and systems. While the complete accountabilities are mentioned below, the following are the key priorities for the next 2-3 years:
* To understand Su-Raj 's strategy and growth plans , and implement HR strategy identify the critical gaps and building necessary capabilities.
* To drive the performance management system by supporting Chairman, MD, and top management for target setting and measurement respectively
* To fulfill gaps in the structure, which have already been identified, through discussions with MD and top management and track the progress of top level hiring
* To set up Training & development calendar and process from scratch with focus on internal training and long term development
* To boost recruitment process by creating assessment centers, etc

Key Responsibilities:

* - Strategize, Develop, Implement and Evaluate Talent identification & Development programs
* - Designing and developing innovative and high affect talent management programs and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of global leadership talent.
* - Designing various assessment methodologies/ tools and delivery methods for talent identification programs.
* - Providing consultation on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes etc.
* - Developing communication and marketing methods in educating employees on education programs and resources.
* - Collaborating with Business Leaders and Human Resources (IC HR Head) to develop and execute an incorporated approach to development, learning and talent management.
* - Liaison with the Training & Development team to develop training programs that align with company"s strategy.
* - Working with talent pool to assess development needs, performing gap analysis, designing and leading programs that build people management and leadership skills and capabilities.
* - Align the employee policy framework with the company" HR strategy
* - Carry out the detailed benchmarking exercise to ensure that the employee policies are in line with the Industry practices
* - Evolve, formulate & communicate the policies across the organization
* - Provide & create grievance redressal mechanism for employee policies including defining the decision rights for deviations


Desired Candidate

Educational Qualifications
MBA HR/ Personnel Management from a reputed management institute

Experience, Skills and Knowledge
* At least 15 years of experience with a good grasp of all functional areas of HR
* Understanding of latest HR systems and trends
* Broad Knowledge of the best practices in the Industry
* Change Management, Problem solving, Negotiation, Communication, Interpersonal and People Management skills, Training and development.
