Sales Executive Location: Mumbai Travel Required: Moderately Gender: Male Competency: Effective Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Effective Coordination, Management. Education: Graduate with 3/4 years of experience in selling goods to civil project Sales. MBA preferred. Experience: 4/5 years in sales of Building Materials products / Accessories with good contacts among architect, Structural Consultants, Builders, Civil Contractors and Road Contractors. Age: 26 to 35 years Job Profile: • Candidate has to do Project Identification. • Candidate has to meet Architect and Consultants and get the Product Specified in the Project. At times he also needs to meet contractors. He has to maintain good relation with Architect and Consultant. • Here the candidate would be mainly focusing on getting Membrane specified for Water Proofing Solutions in the construction projects. • Along with DURA MEMBRANE (Water Proofing) Product, he would also be selling other Civil (DURA) range of products. • Candidate has to get Membrane and other civil products specified in the BOQ (Bill of Quotation). • As this is hard core Project Sales, the lead time is high between Project Identification, Product getting specified in the Project and actual sales, candidate has to keep track of the Project and the people concerned in the same till the final sale. • Give Presentation to the customer. • Conduct Product Sampling as required. • Meeting Applicators of the Product. • Meeting Sales and Collection targets.
