A leading web conferencing & video conferencing industry.

-Senior Business Development Manager ---2
positions

Location --1 position for Mumbai and 1 for Bangalore(Candidate can apply  from any location as the interview will be conducted on telephone and video
conferencing)

Salary- 7 - 9 lakhs PA ( 3 - 4 lakhs variables)


Experience- Total 7 yrs and in tat 2 yrs exp in Team handling.

Looking from any web conferencing or video conferencing industry. Any service industry with corporate experience.

Should have experience handling Global accounts/customers.



For the Job description,

        Responsible for leading and building the team currently based in Mumbai
        Interacting daily with sales leadership in the US, APAC and Europe to
coordinate global account strategies.
        Must achieve a minimum of 100% YTD target.
        Work with the Sales Manager to ensure  the completion of rep activity
KPIs
        Complete a minimum of 8 client facing live meetings with sales team
members per week.
        Provide concise, valuable input to Senior leadership as requested and
as deemed necessary.
        Responsible for the hiring, development and day-to-day management and
oversight of the team.
        Demonstrate strong leadership skills:
         Success of multiple direct reports
         Display of positive/infectious attitude
         Strong, credible relationships with leadership throughout the global
organization
         Low turnover
         Ability to add value to your direct reports efforts
        Must ensure team adherence to the following:
         Office work hours
         Dedicated dial sessions
         Required training sessions and team meetings
         Solution sales methodology
        Ensure all team members are suitably attired
