Position:-  Associate Manager / Manager - Employee Relations

Location:Lower Parel

Qualifications : Any graduate with exposure in Labour Law/ Labour Welfare or MLS / MSW / LLB.

Work experience: 1 - 5 yrs of relevant experience

 Role & Responsibility:

To ensure smooth functioning of activities related to employee relations for
the Bank.

Independently handle Labour Law Compliance matters and guide
branches / offices on the same and related labour law issues.

Conduct domestic enquiries.

Take responsibility for staff accountability exercise; including drafting of legal notices.

Handle employee grievances / resolutions.

Manage labour Law / Industrial Law matters in labour courts /tribunals

Draft industrial law matters
