Job Description.
* Drive sales initiatives, forecasting sales and achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI.
* Map & analyse business potential, identify new profitable product(s) & product lines.
* Identify new accounts and strategically secure profitable business.
* Conceptualize and implement business development/ distribution strategies to enhance profitability.
* Identify new markets and tap profitable business opportunities across various verticals.
* Explore revenue-enhancing opportunities through implementing effective marketing & pricing strategies.
* Managed the assessment of market needs with expertise in launching new products.
* Evolve market penetration & placement strategies to achieve product wise/area wise targets.
* Auditing Business processes of each departments and brainstorming on best practices to further strength teams for continuous growth
* Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales & marketing activities & ensuring collection of payments.
* Managing the domains of planning cost budgets, revenue recovery, trade, logistics & general administration.
* Overseeing multiple verticals & merchandising operations.
* Devising New Strategy for increasing Sales & Marketing of the product thru various customized and National / local initiatives on monthly basis with marketing budget
* Motivate, mentor, guide and monitor Sales managers/ executives to achieve goals.
* Manage the manpower recruitment & third party selection functions.
* Impart training to new recruits and create awareness of products and SOPs.
* Deploy the Sales & Marketing activity plan for all reportees with target setting and reviewing measures.
