ARCHITECT Looking @ candidates preferbaly from an IT SERVICES BACKGROUND. •Significant experience in New Offer development experiences in IT Services. •Experience in Social Media is a MUST. •Experience within Healthcare vertical or Retail vertical preferred. - Understanding of IT Services Business (Strategy, Apps Services, BPO) Responsible for the development and management of new and existing services programs and opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities - Build and lead Service Programs while coordinating with global cross-functional teams. - Proof the services concept is repeatable, can generate revenue and aligns w customer's expectations. - Identify risks and opportunities during the EAP that need to be addressed before launching offers to market. Drive resolution to those opportunities. - Work w vendor on specifics to make the partnership stronger for the offerings. - Define and communicate progress on projects. Travel to locations as needed -Develop tactical plans and work with customer to implement services at their site. Includes: communication plans, execution plans, governance, etc -Ensure existing services portfolio offerings are competitively packaged, priced and cost effective to align with overall company financial plans - Assist in the identification for new markets and solutions - Assist in the development of services roadmap, incorporating a thorough analysis and understanding of the market, technology directions and competitive landscape.
