Person would be responsible for Pan India
o Manage team of store managers, sales officers and store team members
o Sales target achievements of all brands quarterly
o Reducing operating costs, and generating more retail sales (thru activities, promotions etc. ) to achieve a healthy ROI for the existing stores
o Providing guidelines to the stores for optimum display allocation for new collections and enhanced visual merchandising
o Monitor customer loyalty program efficiency in terms of enrolments and repeat purchases
o Identify potential areas and prospective Franchisees as Business Partners
o Ensure mystery audit scores for all stores higher than country's average
o Ensuring utilization of Budgets efficiently to address relevant store issues / key retail metrics
o Plan seasonal BTLs for all stores and year round BTLs for some specific stores
o Ensuring all stores comply to the Store Operating Procedures
o Identify key stores in each quarter to implement improvements, if any
o Identify training needs for the front end sales team and coordinating with the HR/Admin for such arrangements
o Meeting Franchisees and store managers at least once every month
o Store Manager and customer meetings of key stores to motivate and understand key issues and product feedback
o Recruit front end store sales team and store managers
