Title / Position : Regional Sales Manager - West

Qualification : Degree and/or with MBA

Experience Bracket : 12-15 years of experience in modern retails

Age Bracket : 25-30 years
Industry : (Textile or Garments or any Allied Industry)
Minimum 4-5 years Experience in men"s Inner and Under Garments with National brand.

Salary Bracket : 6-6.5 Lacs/Annum

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to NSM (National Sales Manager)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1.Generate annual business target and responsible to achieve the committed sales target of the region through implementation of company strategy without losing focus on the brand objective.

2.Should be well aware of the trade ( distributors and dealers) in the assigned area of operation

3.To get entry into all potential counters from time to time
Appoint and fill vacant territory with best trade partner or stockiest and maintain them in good business health

4.Responsible in identifying new avenues of business from time to time.

5.Create, maintain, monitor and motivate good network of sales force to ensure target accomplishment.

6.Coach and train team at regular intervals for best results

Job Role:
Accounting Service: Local Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the official accounts of the CR Asia India accounts.
* Control / Check / Review / Verify / Approve all vouchers; AP set up, Payments, Journal Vouchers etc. including its reconciliation of CRAI for daily / routine / adjustment transactions. Ensure that accounting transaction are recorded properly.
* Preparation of Profit and Loss Statement of CRAI including complete set of financial statements on a monthly basis for the local management (internally used and for audit).
* Control and ensure that CRAI petty cash is properly recorded / checked including verify, surprise check physical cash.
* Control and ensure that CRAI petty cash kept at CRAI is properly recorded / checked including verify, surprised check physical cash.
* Responsible for annual and half-year, and or quarterlyCITax returns.
* Responsible for the Service Tax filing on a monthly basis.
* Complete the auditing process of CRAI annual accounts.
* Responsible for declaration of CRAI accounts and compliance to the Revenue Department.
* First point of liaison for the auditors, Revenue Department officers, external advisors and bankers.
* Comply with CR Asia Group reporting reports to be prepared on a monthly basis. ( including P/L, Work in Hand, Capex and cash flow forecast reports).
* Responsible for a timely collection of the Accounts Receivable.
* Responsible for the timely payment of Accounts Payable.
* Manage timely settlement of intercompany outstanding accounts.
* Co-responsible for the timely preparation of the yearly budget and the half yearly forecast.
* Liaise with operational department to discuss progress in the projects and possible necessity of accruals.
